This project aimed to modernize the website’s interface and significantly enhance UX to improve CRO. The redesign involved implementing contemporary design principles, refining user interactions, and optimizing the overall site architecture.
UI/UX Decisions
Color Scheme Updated the color palette to more vibrant and cohesive tones, aligning with modern design trends and improving visual appeal.
Typography Introduced clean and legible fonts that enhance readability and give the site a fresh, professional look.
Imagery and Icons Utilized high-quality images and custom icons that align with the brand’s identity, providing a more engaging visual experience.
Navigation Simplified the navigation structure to be more intuitive, reducing the number of clicks required to access key information. Implemented a sticky header to ensure essential links are always accessible.
Responsive Design Ensured the site is fully responsive, offering a seamless experience across all devices, from desktops to smartphones.
Accessibility Improved accessibility features, including better contrast ratios, alt text for images, and keyboard navigation support, making the site more usable for all users.
Clear CTAs Designed prominent and persuasive CTAs that guide users towards desired actions, such as signing up or making a purchase.
Streamlined Forms Simplified forms by reducing the number of required fields and incorporating inline validation to enhance the user experience and reduce drop-off rates.
User Flow Redesigned user flows to be more logical and efficient, minimizing friction points and ensuring a smoother journey from entry to conversion.
